Modeling Toobers introduce your students to protein folding.

Flexible foam Toobers (made with wire in the center and 48" long) allow students to create their own proteins while exploring basic protein-folding principles. Students will learn:
	• How hydrophilic/hydrophobic sidechains influence a protein’s structure • How structure is a critical factor in many proteins’ function
