Mug Exchange

Join the 3DMD coffee mug exchange! Bring one to leave with us, and you'll bring home a brand new 3DMD mug. Take a selfie with your mug-from-home before you exchange and send it to Lauren Koepsel so we know whose mug it was.

Lodging

Lodging is available at the Drury Hotel for a negotiated rate of $125/night for a single or double room when you book with our Group Code (10166010) (please adjust to your travel dates). The Drury is a short walk from 3D Molecular Designs. Rates include a breakfast buffet as well as an evening social with drinks and a light meal option. 

The hotel requires a valid payment card (for incidentals) and photo ID to be presented at check in.

Arrangements may be made for baggage storage with the Hotel’s front desk staff.

Parking

On-site covered overnight parking at the Drury is available at a charge of $28.00 plus tax per parking spot per day.

Commuter Parking

Commuters can park in the Plaza East Pavilion parking garage (840 N. Broadway) across from the 3DMD office (804 N. Milwaukee Street). Rates vary between $10 - $15/day.

2026 Modeling Infection & Immunity Cohort 2 Acceptance Terms

  • Participate in the Modeling Infection & Immunity course in Milwaukee June 22–26, 2026. Course begins at 8:30 AM on Monday, June 22nd and runs through 2:00 PM on Friday, June 26th.
  • Complete pre- and post-course surveys.
  • Receive a $1,500 travel stipend if you live more than 60 miles from 3D Molecular Designs. 3D Molecular Designs will not be responsible for any additional travel, food, or lodging costs.
  • Receive a mileage reimbursement if you live less than 60 miles from 3D Molecular Designs.
  • Make your own travel and lodging arrangements; see the private MII Course Logistics website for more information.
  • Receive a $750 material credit to select field test materials to use with your students.
  • Field test materials with your students.
  • Provide feedback on your experience and your students’ experiences.
  • Agree to have your name and email posted on the private MII course logistics page.
