Mug Exchange

Join the 3DMD coffee mug exchange! Bring one to leave with us, and you'll bring home a brand new 3DMD mug. Take a selfie with your mug-from-home before you exchange and send it to Lauren Koepsel so we know whose mug it was.

Lodging

For the Room & Board participants, your reservation is being made and you will receive a confirmation. Reservations will be made at the Drury Hotel, which is within walking distance of 3D Molecular Designs. Reservations include a breakfast buffet as well as an evening social with drinks and a light meal option.

The hotel requires a valid payment card (for incidentals) and photo ID to be presented at check in. 

Check In Time: 3:00 P.M. CST 

Check Out Time:11:00 A.M. CST 

Arrangements may be made for baggage storage with the Hotel’s front desk staff. 

Parking

On-site covered overnight parking is available at a charge of $28.00 plus tax per parking spot per day.

Commuter Parking

Commuters can park in the parking garage (840 N. Broadway) across from the 3DMD office (804 N. Milwaukee Street). 

Graduate Credit from the Teachers College of San Joaquin

  • 3 Graduate Credits available

  • $95/credit payable to the TCSJ

  • Additional Assignments: A lesson plan on incorporating one of the kits into your class(es).

Travel 

General Mitchell International Airport is 10.9 mi away from 3D Molecular Designs. Please plan your flights accordingly. We suggest allowing approximately 1.5 hours from the end of the course to travel to the airport, get through security, and arrive at your gate.
